Back in my country especially my hometown; Mailbox is not really common thing in houses. But in South Korea where most of the people living in apartment, mailbox is like one of main features for housing. Most of the apartments always have mailboxes for their residence.
Mailboxes are ideal for apartment and any kind of shared building like university dormitory. Mailboxes are ideal for sending and receiving letters because they are secure and easy to maintain. Most mailboxes such as apartment mailboxes have locks, which ensure that the letters or bills are received safely to the right person. Mailboxes have the capacity to hold many mails thus making it very convenient.
There are also commercial mailboxes and cluster mailboxes, which resemble rental mailboxes and are suitable for use in offices. The commercial mailboxes are not private and hence come in different shapes and designs such as slotted mailboxes, drawer-like mailboxes, locker or cabinet mailboxes. Commercial mailboxes normally have two major compartments; the ‘in’ compartment where people place incoming mails and the ‘out’ compartment where people place mail that they want to send.
