The Symbol of Achievement
Everybody have different goal and achievement they want to accomplish in their life. Achievement is something that everybody persuades with all their might. And someone will be much more pleased when their achievement getting recognized and written in the history. Setting achievement can be a good motivation for people to be better and better. Trophies can also motivated people because it is more real and concrete goal that easy to be set.
Sports are perfect example on how huge the influence of symbol of achievement to life. Football club without great history of achievement and trophies would never be recognized as a big team.
Any other sport also uses trophies as their symbol of achievement. Wrestling trophies, swimming trophies and even for supporting act like cheerleading has its own symbol of achievement, that is cheerleading trophies. this is just show how much important is a recognition.
So to conclude, it is really important to give an enormous boost of motivation by providing the symbol of achievement in trophy or medal for the winner.
