Today, after I finished pray Juma’ah at dormitory, I passed a bookstore. There’s a big sale in the bookstore, and I found this book, Advanced UNIX Programming 2nd Edition by Marc J. Rochkind. Its cost 7000 won, maybe around 50.000 rupiah. I think the price is good so I just bought it. Later I check the price of the book on Amazon.com and it cost $ $43.99!! Lucky me . and to think about it, this is the first original book i bought.. ㅋㅋㅋ

Because the request at here and here, I actually tried to find the music file for this song. I found several streaming site, but we should pay on most of them if we want to download it. Finally I got this site. It’s free!! .

I just realize today that after living in South Korea for about 3 months, but I only shared a few about this country (including stupid video of me and my friend playing at subway.. hehehe ). And because of that, starting today, I’ll try to share more. Okay, the first one is about Subway Transportation System.

Korean Subway, especially Seoul Metropolitan Subway, considered as one of the most heavily used rapid transit system in the world, Seoul Metro itself, consist of 11 different lines, and 2 more is under construction. If you wondering how big it is, this is the map of the Seoul Metro.

I usually used Seoul Metro Line 1 to go to The Indonesian Embassy near Daebang Station. For further information about the subway, please see Wikipedia.

Seoul Metro is very convenience, the information shows in three different languages: English, Korean and Chinese.

They also have some indicator that shows the current positions of the Train.

red means the station already passed, and green for the upcoming stations.

I know this song about two weeks ago in my Korean language class. This song was really fun!! I think I’m addicted to it, because the song keep repeated on and on in my mind *lol*

Last week I’m joined a culture camp in Kwangju (광주). The camp was really great and fun, the name of the camp is Asian Youth Culture Camp. It all started when I checked my email several weeks before, and I saw a promotional notice about this event. The Promotional said:

Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) sponsors, Gwangju

Hmm.. I’m quite interested with the cultural and environmental issues, especially issues from my country. so I just started to write about one of  World Cultural Heritage from Indonesia, Komodo Island.

 Several days after i submit my essay, i receive an email, it said:
